This is a trailer for a documentary style short film made in collaboration between director John Turner and the vintage American menswear store Ragtop Vintage in London.

In the film we follow a street gang called The Ragtop Boys on a trip down to the English seaside as they get up to no good at all in the name of looking for something to do, whilst looking as good as they can. The film showcases the amazing collection Ragtop sells whilst at the same time tells the story of friendship and all its experiences, the rebelliousness of youth and the truth that as you grow older it’s the memories that are all that you’re left with.

Ragtop Vintage is a London-based exclusive vintage shop that specialises in hand picked vintage menswear like military, workwear, denim, sportswear and outdoor clothing and accessories from what they define as, “the golden age of innovation and quality manufacturing that came from North America in the early part of the 20th century”.

They Ragtop Boys make regular buying trips to the US to supply the store. Their primary selling outlet is at the Spitalfields Antique Market, which is held every Thursday in London. However, recently they opened a store at 1a Turville Street. Also remember to visit the shop’s website.
