The Bread & Butter fair in Berlin is always a good place to meet peers, and for the second time I ran into this guy and his amazingly beautiful Levi’s Vintage Clothing jeans. They’re from one of the first collections the brand did, although he wasn’t completely sure, and said that they would be somewhere between ten and fifteen years old. But one thing’s for sure, they’ve been worn-in truly authentically. The model is the 501 from 1937 revealed by the crotch rivet, Red Tab, cinch, belt loops but no suspender buttons, and the single stitched arcuate. Hope to follow up on the jeans next time as well.
The tracks are insanely beautiful.
Red Wing oxfords in Portage Red – they probably date from when the colour was introduced in the 1980s. The black SuperSole is the icing on the cake.
The picture below is from last year.
