It was filmed in Brund, Maritime Antiques &, and Wardrobe 19 in Copenhagen. Thanks you!

Two mistakes to correct:

1) Warehouse Co. is from 1995, which makes it seventeen years, not fifteen as it is stated. 2) Iron Heart originates from Japan while Giles Padmore who introduced it to the rest of the world (under Iron Heart International) is from the UK.

Thomas Bojer

Founder and editor-in-chief at Denimhunters
Thomas got into denim through a keen interest in manufacturing and a love for the well-faded jean. He's based in Copenhagen, Denmark, but he travels as much as his job allows. Through Denimhunters he has found a way to share his passion with likeminded enthusiasts while learning more about the blue fabric. Thomas' favourite jean is the 1947 501XX and he has a soft spot for Red Wing Shoes.

    What a nice little film!

Quick question; When the end credtis roll there is a Hansen Garments tag, but to my knowledge none of the three stores mentioned carries that brand?

  • Thomas

Thank you for your question Mikkel, actually, Wardrobe 19 has a nice selection of Hansen Garments and from this fall Maritime Antiques will also carry the brand.

    • Mikkel

      Thanks for the swift reply
They both need to update their facebook and webpages then ;)

Haven’t been in Wardrobe 19 recently but visited Maritime A for the first time a couple of days ago thanks to denimhunters. Nice store.

  • Steve

That is a great film, and shares so many sentiments of my own about my interest in denim, brilliant. Would be great to make the trip over to DK when you have some of the ‘get togethers’.

  • Gerry

Thomas, Your always doing something nice.

  • Pwing

    Iron Heart is from Japan.

    • Thomas

Well, I guess you’re right, I’m man enough to admit my mistakes, even tough it is a bit embarrassing. And as I state in the video, I’ve only recently started digging deeper into the Japanese brands and I clearly have a lot of learning ahead of me. But then again, that’s just what Denimhunters is here for, learning, and thank you for your insights.

In the video there is a stack of caps.
The stifel fabric ones. Do you know the brand of cap?
What store had it? Really would love a cap
    In the stifel fabric.
