Spring is here and all the shops out there are filled with new goods. Just the other day, Brund sent out a newsletter, and even though some of the products have already been featured earlier this spring I also wanted to give Henrik himself the opportunity to tell you a bit about it. So here it is, translated more or less directly from the original Danish texts.
Spring time is just around the corner, at least if you look at the calendar and in clothing shops. One place that is indeed ready from spring is Brund. Earlier this week, these pictures were posted on the shop’s Facebook page (which I can only recommend you to “like”). If you need a fresh checked shirt, a nice printed t-shirt or a jacket to you dry from the spring showers, you’re most likely to be able to find something you like here. Also, of course there’s denim and boot news.
Following up on the primary shop review of Brund (read it here), this article will take you though some of the shop’s new highlights for spring 2012, which include; Paulrose Products (only DK dealer); Lee Archives 101B 1934; Crockett & Jones; S.N.S. Herning “Naval” in the colour Sea Blue, which is made especially to order for Brund; Otter Wax; and Raleigh Denim, which is not actually a newcomer, but definitely worth mentioning.
In an industry characterised by constantly changing trends and superficiality, Copenhagen has a fortress for the steadfast denim nerds. Located at Nordre Frihavnsgade 49 is “Brund”, a small shop that is owned and run by Henrik Brund. Here you will find one of the best selections of old school jeans from the original American and Japanese brands. Additionally, Brund also carries one of the largest selection of Red Wing boots in Scandinavia, and recently also Englands finest, Crockett & Jones. Henrik is a true storyteller and he loves to give his customers an eye-opening experience with every visit.
