Terms and Conditions

  1. No Purchase Necessary: Participation in this giveaway does not require any purchase or payment.

  2. Eligibility: Participants may enter the giveaway even if they are already subscribed to one or both of our newsletters. Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Employees of Denimhunters, Heimat, their family members, and any associated entities are not eligible to enter.

  3. Entry Limit: Each participant is allowed one entry. Multiple registrations will not increase the chances of winning and may result in disqualification.

  4. Entry Period: The giveaway will be open for entries until December 11, 11:59 PM (local time). Entries received after this date will not be considered.

  5. Entry Method: To enter, participants must subscribe to our newsletter through the designated giveaway registration page. By entering, participants agree to be added to both the Denimhunters and Heimat newsletters. Unsubscribing is possible at any time.

  6. Prize: The prize is a €250 voucher redeemable for purchases on Heimat’s website. The voucher will be deducted at checkout. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and it is non-transferable.

  7. Selection of Winner: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The selection process will be fair, and the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  8. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the email provided at registration on December 12. The winner must respond within seven days to confirm receipt of the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

  9. Winner Announcement: The winner will be publicly announced on Friday, December 13.

  10. General Conditions: We reserve the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time. Entrants found to be in violation of the entry requirements or engaging in suspicious behaviour (e.g., automated entries) may be disqualified.
